Taking the index number for 1900, the basic year, as 100, the index number of the prices of Irish agricultural products complied from the average prices of thirteen Irish agricultural products weighted in accordance with their importance, showed an increase of 20.3 per cent. in 1914 and 84.1 per cent. in 1925.
