CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ACQUISITION OF TIPPERARY LANDS.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether he can state when the Land Commission propose to divide the Carroll estate, Tulla, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

The lands of Tulla comprising 185 acres on the Carroll estate have been gazetted and the price thereof fixed and published by the Land Commission. The owner has lodged an objection to the price which has been listed for hearing on the 6th proximo by the Judicial Commissioner. It is not at present possible to say when the lands will be divided.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether the Land Commission have acquired or propose to acquire the Bayly Estate, Ballinaclough, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

The question of the acquisition of the above estate is at present under consideration.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether the Land Commission have acquired or propose to acquire the estate of Miss Norris, Traverstown, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

The Land Commission are making inquiries as to the suitability, or otherwise, of the above estate for acquisition under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923.
