CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - RAPHOE CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has recently received fresh evidence in the case of the claim of Mr. Robert T. Whyte, of Raphoe, under the Damage to Property Act, 1923, for the sum of £178 and costs, and whether he will now reopen this case.

The representations recently made in this case are receiving consideration.
