Galway, have yet been completed, and what is the present position in the matter.
CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ACQUISITION OF GALWAY LANDS.
The lands referred to are tenanted lands occupied by Mrs. Eliza Pye on the estate of Dr. Foreman, which is being dealt with by the Land Commission under the Land Act of 1923. The Provisional List for this Estate was published on the 24th August last.
It is anticipated that Mrs. Pye's holding will be gazetted at an early date as a retained holding, with a view to its resumption for the relief of congestion.

Galway, regarding the acquisition of the lands situated in the townland of Lisduff, referred to in his reply to a Parliamentary question on the 11th March last, have yet been completed, and, if so, what is the present position in the matter.
