asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if the Land Commission have yet inspected the lands of the Darby Estate, Leap Castle, Offaly, with a View to having same acquired under the Land Act, 1923, and what action the Land Commission proposes to take in connection with the matter.

The untenanted lands in the Darby estate have been inspected and their acquisition is under consideration.
