Vol. 17 No. 7

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CLAIMS UNDER MILITARY SERVICE PENSIONS ACT.

DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA

asked the Minister for Defence if he would state what decision, if any, has been come to regarding the claim for a pension under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1924, made by John Tierney, Clare Street, Nenagh.

Mr. Tierney's application for a certificate of military service under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1924, has been referred to the Board of Assessors constituted under the Act. The Board have not yet reported to me in his case.
