asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he will state what steps have been taken to acquire the untenanted lands on the estate of J. D. Blake, situated at Kilgevrin, Miltown. Co. Galway, and how soon it is expected that they will be published in a provisional list of lands to become vested in the Land Commission, as indicated in his reply of Tuesday, 16th November, 1926.

Proceedings have been instituted for the acquisition of the untenanted lands of Kilgevrin, containing 269a. 3r. 32p. or thereabouts, on the estate of J. D. Blake, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923, and these lands have been published in a Provisional List of lands, which if not excluded in consequence of a valid objection, will become vested in the Land Commission on the appointed day.
