Vol. 18 No. 17

PUBLIC BUSINESS. - CONSTITUTION (AMENDMENT No. 2) BILL, 1926.—FROM THE SEANAD.

I propose to take this Bill to-day.

I do not think that amendments made in the Seanad to a Constitution (Amendment) Bill should be considered without notice. If the Minister agrees with that view the matter can come up for consideration to-morrow. What is the Minister's intention with regard to the amendments?

It is my intention to move the acceptance of the amendments.

Ordered: That the Message from the Seanad with regard to the Constitution (Amendment No. 2) Bill, 1926, b taken to-morrow.
