CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - REPORT OF GREATER DUBLIN COMMISSION.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he can state (a) whether his attention has been drawn to the publication in the Dublin Press on Thursday, 2nd December, 1926, of what purported to be the report of the Greater Dublin Commission, (b) whether such report was supplied to the Press as advance copy by his Department, (c) the date of presentation of the report to the Oireachtas, and (d) whether, if the answer to (b) is in the negative, the confidential copies of the report had been satisfactorily accounted for.

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative, and to the second part in the negative. The report, dated the 29th of November, 1926, was presented to me on the 30th idem. The confidential copies of the report were satisfactorily accounted for.
