Vol. 19 No. 4

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - APPLICATION FOR HOLDING (MEATH).

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he will state why the application of Mr. Maurice Nulty, Smithstown, Ballinlough, Kells, County Meath, for a holding on the Nicholson, Ballinlough estate, County Meath, and the Naper, Lougherew estate, County Meath, was refused by the Land Commission, and whether, in view of the fact that Mr. Nulty is the representative of an evicted tenant, he will direct the Land Commission to provide Mr. Nulty with a holding on the Bond estate at Ballinlough, County Meath, when same is being distributed.

Mr. HOGAN
