I am prepared to sanction expenditure on any works by the Dublin electricity undertaking which are necessary for the purposes of the undertaking and are of a type suited to its future requirements, as soon as possible after I receive sufficient particulars to enable me to judge of these matters. Some particulars have been received and are under consideration.
