Vol. 19 No. 22

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ELECTRICITY FOR POWER PURPOSES.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if it is his intention that the Electricity Board should fix a special low price for current to be used for power purposes.

Mr. HOGAN

I have no doubt that the Electricity Supply Board will follow the invariable practice of fixing charges for electricity required for power purposes at low prices. The duration and steadiness of the demand for electricity required for such purposes enables this to be done in all cases.
