Vol. 19 No. 25

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - LAND REGISTRY DRAUGHTSMEN.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a memorandum on behalf of the draughtsmen employed in the Land Registry for improved conditions of service, whether the memorandum has been considered, and if he will state whether it is proposed to accede to the request contained in the memorandum for improved conditions of service, and further, whether, in view of the fact that these officers have suffered a reduction of salaries on establishment, their past unestablished service will count for pension.

Representations on behalf of the class referred to in the question have recently been made to me by the Minister for Justice. The questions raised are still under consideration.
