announced that pursuant to his nomination, assented to by the Dáil on the 23rd June, 1927, His Excellency the Governor-General had appointed the following Ministers to be members of the Executive Council:—

Deputy Desmond Fitzgerald, Minister for Defence;
Deputy J.M. O'Sullivan, Minister for Education;
Deputy P. McGilligan, Minister for Industry and Commerce;
Deputy P. Hogan, Minister for Lands and Agriculture;
Deputy F. Lynch, Minister for Fisheries;
Deputy R. Mulcahy, Minister for Local Government and Public Health;
