Mr. HOGAN

Proceedings have been instituted under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923, for the acquisition of the lands of Ballykinave containing 452a 3r. 10p. or thereabouts, in the occupation of Martin Curran. These lands are subject to the payment of a Land Purchase Annuity and they have been published in the Iris Oifigiúil in a Provisional List of Lands which, if not excluded in consequence of a valid objection, will become vested in the Land Commission on the Appointed Day.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he will state what steps, if any, have been taken by the Land Commission to acquire the lands known as Begley's Farm, on the Domville Estate, Lisnolan, Manulla, County Mayo, for the relief of congestion.
