Vol. 20 No. 12

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - MAINTENANCE OF THE CURRAGH BOUNDARY ROADS.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he has yet received any reply to the special representations made to the British War Department respecting the agreement made in the years 1893 and 1894 between that Department and the Grand Jury of the County Kildare, to maintain the Lurrig Lane and Curragh eastern boundary roads, and, if so, whether he can now state the terms of the agreement.

The Agreement has not yet been received from the British War Department, from which a letter has been received under date 23rd June, stating that the record documents in their possession "are being carefully examined with a view to obtaining all the information available relative to these roads, and that the result will be communicated as early as possible."
