Vol. 20 No. 13

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CLAIM FOR NATIONAL INSURANCE BENEFIT.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether a claim for National Health Insurance benefit was made by Mr. Patrick Brennan, Moneenroe, Castlecomer, on 27th December, 1926, to the Irish Amalgamated Health Insurance Society, for two weeks and one day, and whether the benefits were yet paid to Mr. Brennan, and, if not, why same have not been paid.

From inquiries made, I understand this benefit was paid some months ago inadvertently to a Patrick Brennan at a different address. Instructions have, however, now been given by the society to their local agent to pay the money forthwith to the proper person.
