Vol. 20 No. 15

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - OLD AGE PENSION CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he can state why the old age pension of Mrs. Anne Morrin, Allenwood, Robertstown, Co. Kildare, who is over eighty years of age and an invalid, has been reduced to seven shillings per week from ten shillings per week.

As this case has not come before the Department on appeal I have no particulars in regard to it. The Deputy might, however, obtain the information he desires by an inquiry addressed to the Revenue Commissioners, who are under the jurisdiction of the Minister for Finance.
