Keeley as Borough Treasurer of Drogheda, notwithstanding the fact that this man had been acting temporarily for two and a half years in this position and giving satisfaction therein; if the Minister will also explain why he appointed one Daniel Johnston, who failed to qualify in the examination held for the position; furthermore, if the Minister is aware that his nominee is an ex-Post Office official, and if he can state the reasons why Mr. Johnston resigned from the postal service.
