WRITTEN ANSWERS. - RATES IN COUNTY TIPPERARY.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health to state (1) the total amount of rates levied in Tipperary South Riding and Tipperary North Riding for all local purposes in the years 1913, 1914, 1917, 1919, 1921, 1923, and 1926; (2) the total amount of rates levied in each of those administrative counties in the same years on agricultural lands, and (3) the total amount of grants from Government sources in regard to the above administrative counties for the same years for all local purposes.

The following figures have been obtained from the Secretaries of the Councils concerned: Rates levied and Government Grants received during period 1914-1926:—
