CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - KILDARE UNTENANTED LANDS.

asked the Minister for Fisheries whether he can state when the lands in Castlesize, electoral division of Bodenstown, County Kildare, consisting of 171 acres of untenanted lands, held by Mr. James Lyons, will be available for division amongst the congest applicants (49 in number) whose names have been furnished to the Department.

The Land Commission have had an inspection made of the lands of Castlesize, County Kildare, containing 171 acres, held by James Lyons, and the question of their acquisition is at present under consideration.

asked the Minister for Fisheries whether the Land Commission will expedite the purchase of the lands of Feighcullen and Kilmoney, County Kildare, on the Gishford Estate, for the relief of congestion.

The Land Commission have had the lands referred to inspected. The question of their acquisition is at present under consideration, and the proceedings will be expedited as much as possible.
