Vol. 21 No. 8

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - WESTMEATH NURSING APPOINTMENT.

asked the President on what grounds Nurse Cahill's name was not sent forward for appointment as a tuberculosis dispensary nurse to the Westmeath Board of Health.

The qualifications and merits generally of all the applicants for the post of tuberculosis dispensary nurse, County Westmeath, were carefully examined by the Local Appointments Commissioners, with the assistance of a competent Board of Selection, who interviewed the candidates, and in accordance with the usual practice the most highly qualified and suitable candidate was recommended for appointment.
