Vol. 21 No. 14

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - PURCHASE OF MADDEN ESTATE, ROSCOMMON.

asked the Minister for Fisheries whether he can state when the amount likely to be paid to Richard Madden, Knockadoo, Boyle, for his estate at Loew, will be paid; whether he is aware this money is due since 1923, and whether he can state the exact amount.

The prescribed Schedules of Particulars to enable the sale of this estate to be completed were not lodged until 10th July, 1925. It has not yet been reached in its order of priority to be dealt with, but when so reached it will be dealt with as rapidly as possible. Until the estate has been dealt with and the standard purchase annuities fixed it will not be possible to say what the purchase money will be.
