IN COMMITTEE ON FINANCE. - WEIGHTS AND MEASURES BILL, 1928—MONEY RESOLUTION.

I move:—

Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfar amach, as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas, aon chostaisí fé n-a raghfar chun aon Acht do chur in éifeacht a rithfar sa tSiosón so chun na Weights and Measures Acts, 1878-1904, do leasú agus do leathnú agus go háirithe chun na hAchtanna san do leasú agus do leathnú maidir le buidéil a húsáidtear chun deocha meisciúla do dhíol agus maidir le hinstruimidí áirithe tomhais.

That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas to any expenses incurred in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to amend and extend the Weights and Measures Acts, 1878-1904, and in particular to amend and extend those Acts in relation to bottles used for the sale of intoxicating liquor and in relation to certain measuring instruments.
