Vol. 23 No. 1

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - KILLORGLIN ARMY PENSION.

asked the Minister for Defence if he can state for what reason a pension under the Army Pensions Act, 1927, has not been granted to William Buckley, Laune Terrace, Killorglin, County Kerry, in view of the fact that he lost his health while serving in the National Army, and is now unable to work.

The Army Pensions Board having reported that the disability from which Mr. Buckley was suffering was not attributable to Army service, I regret that I am not in a position to grant him a pension.
