Vol. 23 No. 7

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - FOXFORD POSTAL DELIVERIES.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs whether he has considered the advisability of having two postal deliveries in the town of Foxford, which, it is understood, will entail no extra expense, in view of the fact that a very important woollen factory is in existence there.

Foxford is afforded two mail arrivals a day. The night mails are delivered by postman at 7.30 a.m., and residents can obtain their day mail correspondence free of charge by calling at the post office after 1.30 p.m.

A second delivery by postman would involve additional expense which would not be warranted.
