reported from the Committee of Selection that they had made the following nominations on the Joint Committee appointed to consider and report on "The Rules of the Circuit Court":—
Deputies Beckett, Redmond, Rice, Ruttledge, and J.T. Wolfe; and that the Committee had discharged Deputy Morrissey from the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, and had appointed Deputy Corish in his place.
Ordered: "That the Report lie on the Table."
