CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. WRITTEN ANSWERS. - MENTAL HOSPITAL PATIENT'S ALLEGATIONS.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health (a) whether the allegations made by John Loughrey, of Gort (at present resident in Iveagh House, Bride Road, Dublin), as to occurrences which took place while he was a patient in Ballinasloe Mental Hospital, have been investigated; and, if so, with what result; (b) if not, whether the Minister will institute an inquiry into the matter and give John Loughrey an opportunity of proving the charges made by him.
