Vol. 24 No. 7

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CUSTOMS DELAYS—MEDICINES AND DRUGS.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he will take steps to ensure that medicines and drugs ordered by members of the veterinary profession in the Saorstát are not unduly delayed at the Customs.

I am not aware of any delay of the kind suggested by the Deputy, but if he is aware of any specific cases where members of the veterinary profession have complained of delay on the part of the Customs authorities and will bring these cases to my notice I will have them investigated.
