CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ULTIMATE FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT.

asked the Minister for Finance (a) whether any further contract, agreement or document amplifying or expanding or defining or explaining, or in any other way based upon the document entitled "Heads of the Ultimate Financial Settlement between the British Government and the Government of the Irish Free State" has been concluded between or drawn up by the aforementioned Governments; if so, whether such contract, agreement, or document has been signed; (b) if it has been signed, when it will be laid before the Dáil; (c) if such a contract, agreement or document has not been concluded or drawn up, whether negotiations have been entered into, or views exchanged for the conclusion of an agreement upon the basis of the Heads of the Ultimate Financial Settlement aforementioned.

Apart from the Double Income Tax Agreements which have been already communicated to and approved by the Dáil, the answer to all parts of this question is in the negative.
