Vol. 24 No. 13

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - WEXFORD OLD AGE PENSION CLAIMANT.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he can state why P. Cullen, Back Street, Wexford, has not been awarded the full old age pension of ten shillings.

The means of this pensioner, as calculated for old age pension purposes, were found to be in excess of the statutory limit laid down in the Old Age Pensions Act, 1928, for the receipt of a pension at the 10/- rate.
