CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - MONAGHAN MAN'S SICKNESS BENEFIT.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he can state the cause of the delay in paying sickness benefit to Joseph Kelly, High Street, Monaghan, who is insured with the Sláinte Society (No. 22368).

Inquiry has been made of the society who state that the benefit has now been forwarded, delay having been caused by the member's failure to complete the claim form.
