Vol. 25 No. 6

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - A BALLYLANDERS SEWER TRAP.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he is aware that a sewer trap at Ballylanders, Co. Limerick, has been broken for the past eight years; that it has since been covered only with rough stones and emits an objectionable stench during the summer months; that the attention of the Board of Health for Limerick County was called to this matter; that an order on two occasions was made to have the necessary work carried out; and whether he can state the reason why this has not been done.

It does not appear that any representations were made to the Department in this matter. Inquiry is, however, being made, and I will inform the Deputy of the result.
