Vol. 25 No. 6

QUESTIONS ON THE ADJOURNMENT.

Notice has been given that the matter raised in questions 4 and 5 on the Order Paper will be raised on the motion for the adjournment this evening.

You promised me yesterday, A Chinn Comhairle, that you would facilitate me with regard to the question I wanted to raise about Clondalkin on the adjournment.

The matter raised in questions 4 and 5 by Deputy Patrick Gorry is much wider than the question raised by Deputy Sean Brady. I would be inclined to suggest that Deputy Brady's question be taken on the adjournment to-night and that Deputy Gorry's be taken to-morrow, when perhaps more than half an hour might be given to it. As a number of Deputies from different Parties may wish to talk on this matter, half an hour would be of little value. We have some previous experience.

I am agreeable to fall in with that arrangement and to facilitate Deputy Brady.

We will take it, therefore, that this evening Deputy Brady's question, dealing with matters about Clondalkin, will be taken on the motion for the adjournment and that to-morrow evening Deputy Gorry's question will be taken, for possibly longer than half an hour.
