asked the Minister for Finance whether he will state how many applications for compensation under the Criminal Injuries Acts were dismissed by the Judge on the grounds that the applicant in each case was disentitled to compensation under Section 9 of the Damage to Property (Compensation) Act, 1923, and further, to ask what was the total of the amount claimed in the applications thus dismissed.
