Vol. 27 No. 4

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - DIVISION OF OFFALY LANDS.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he can now state if the scheme for division of the lands acquired at Croghan Hill, Offaly, is yet completed; when the work of dividing these lands will be proceeded with, and whether he will have the matter taken in hand with the least possible delay.

The lands of Croghan Hill comprise a holding of 152a. 3r. 8p., held by John Flynn as tenant on the estate of Lady E. Howard Bury. The Land Commission have obtained an order from the Judicial Commissioner authorising the resumption of the holding and steps are being taken with a view to the division of the lands as soon as possible.
