IN COMMITTEE ON FINANCE. - READJUSTING EXCESS VOTES.

In the case of Votes relating to the Office of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, General Register Office, Dundrum Asylum, National Health Insurance, Hospitals and Infirmaries, Land Commission, Industry and Commerce, Railways, Railways Tribunal, Marine Service, Unemployment Insurance, Fisheries, Posts and Telegraphs, Wireless Broadcasting, and Industrial and Commercial Property Registration Office, before the Adjournment sums were voted which are in excess of the sums now required, because the Vote on Account was taken after these particular sums were voted. I propose that the amounts now taken be less by the amount of the Vote on Account.
