Vol. 28 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Shannon Flooding.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether a petition has been received from Mr. John Flynn, of Kilmore, Dowra, Co. Leitrim, and others, in connection with the recent flooding of the River Shannon in the townlands of Kilmore, Cornagee, Eden, etc., in the parish of Ballinagleragh, and what steps the Minister proposes to take to prevent a recurrence of the disaster in the area.

I should be obliged if the Deputy would repeat his question next week, when I hope to have the information for reply.
