Vol. 28 No. 10

Written Answers. - Prior (Co. Kerry) Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will state if the Land Commission has taken any steps to vest in the tenants the estate of representatives of John Henry Sugrue, situate in the parish of Prior, County Kerry, and, if not, when it is proposed to deal with this estate.

The prescribed schedules of particulars, maps, etc., to enable the lands comprised in this estate to be vested in the Land Commission on the appointed day under the Land Act, 1923, have been lodged by the owner's solicitor, but the estate has not yet been reached in its order of priority to be dealt with by the Commissioners. When reached it will be dealt with as rapidly as possible.
