Vol. 28 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Rosscarbery Monthly Court.

asked the Minister for Justice whether it has been decided to abolish the monthly Court in Rosscarbery, Co. Cork, and the position of clerk in said Court; and, if so, whether, in view of the inconvenience such a decision will cause to litigants in Rosscarbery and surrounding district, he will reconsider the matter.

It is not proposed to abolish the monthly sittings of the District Court in Rosscarbery, but the separate clerkship has been abolished, and the duties of clerk to that Court will in future be performed by the clerk of a neighbouring Court area.
