Vol. 28 No. 13

Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Bill, 1929—Report Stage.

I understand that the House was willing to-day to take all stages of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Bill, 1929. The Minister, however, expressed a doubt as to whether a verbal amendment was not necessary. He is now advised that such verbal amendment is not necessary, and, if the House is willing, I would like to ask that the Order already made be discharged to enable the Fifth Stage of this Bill to be taken now.

There is no objection. The order to take the Fifth Stage to-morrow is discharged and the Fifth Stage will be taken now.

I move: "That the Bill do now pass."

Question put and agreed to.
