In Committee on Finance. - Land Bill, 1929—Money Resolution.

I move:—

Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú do geuirfar ar an bPrímh-Chiste, no ar a thora fáis, muirear aon tsuimeanna is gá in aghaidh aon easnaimh i gCiste na mBannaí Talmhan chun ús d'íoc agus chun fuascailt do dhéanamh ar aon Bhannaí Talmhan a tabharfar amach chun crícheanna an Achta a rithfar sa tSioson so chun comhacht do thabhairt do Choimisiún Talmhan na hEireann i geásanna áirithe riarthóirí teoranta do dhaoine ná maireann do cheapa, chun an riail-bhlianacht cheannaigh do shocrú maidir le gabháltaisí atá fé chíosa nách cíosa cúirte, chun na forálacha den Acht Talmhan, 1923, a bhaineann le hiascach agus le cirt iascaigh, do mhíniú agus do leasú, agus chun comhacht do thabhairt do Choimisiún Talmhan na hEireann iascach agus cirt iascaigh áirithe do cheannach.

That it is expedient to authorise the charge upon the Central Fund, or the growing produce thereof, of any sums required for meeting any insufficiency of the Land Bond Fund for the payment of interest on the redemption of any Land Bonds issued for the purposes of any Act of the present session to give to the Irish Land Commission power in certain cases to appoint limited administrators to deceased persons, to fix the standard purchase annuity in respect of holdings subject to rents other than judicial rents, to explain and amend the provisions of the Land Act, 1923, in relation to fisheries and fishing rights and to give to the Irish Land Commission power to purchase certain fisheries and fishing rights.
