This Bill is for the purpose of giving legislative effect to the Financial Resolutions which have been already before the House, imposing Customs duties on down quilts and covers for down quilts. I move the Second Reading. As the Bill has to pass within four months of the introduction of the Resolution, I will ask that the Committee Stage be taken to-morrow and the further stages next week.
