Authority to issue a Savings Certificate in respect of the repayment of a subscription of £3 (three pounds) paid to the Dáil Eireann (Internal) Loan by Mr. James Stafford, Cassagh, New Ross, Co. Wexford, was given to the Department of Posts and Telegraphs on 24th October, 1927. Repayment to the subscriber was duly effected by that Department on 22nd November, 1927.
