asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will instruct the Land Commission to acquire for the relief of congestion the following grazing lands:—121 acres, 1 rood, 35 perches, valuation £142 5s., held by Mr. Patrick Berney, and 121 acres. 3 roods, 34 perches, valuation £103 7s., held by Mr. Thomas Berney, both in the townland of Barrattstown, electoral division of Old Connell, Co. Kildare.
