asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if the Land Commission will acquire the lands of Knockyeala, Kingswilliamtown, Co. Cork, now owned by Mr. David Herlihy, Ballymacadam, Castleisland (Herbert Estate), for the purpose of distribution amongst the local uneconomic holders.

The Land Commission do not propose to take any action at present regarding the lands of Knockyeala referred to by the Deputy. The matter has been noted for reconsideration at a later date.
