Courts of Justice Bill, 1931—First Stage.
Leave given to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to raise the age of retirement of Judges of the Circuit Court to seventy-two years and to make provision for the reappointment of Judges of that Court who have already retired under the existing age limit.
