Vol. 37 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Donedea (Kildare) Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he has yet received the Inspector's Report on the question of the retention of any lands available for the relief of congestion on the holding, containing 239 acres, of Mary Wallis, estate of Lord Cloncurry, in the townland of New-townhortland, Donedea, County Kildare; and whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the holding for division amongst the local congests.

The Inspector's report concerning the lands of Mrs. Mary Wallis held by her as a tenant on the estate of Lord Cloncurry, to which the Deputy refers, has been received and the question of their acquisition for the relief of congestion is at present under consideration by the Land Commission.
