Ceisteanna.—Questions. Oral Answers. - Trade Boards.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce to state the trades in respect of which Trade Boards are at present in existence; and, further, to state the number of, if any, district committees established by each Trade Board.

The trades in respect of which Trade Boards are at present in existence are as follows:— Aerated Waters Trade, Boot and Shoe Repairing Trade, Brush and Broom Trade, General Waste Materials Trade, Linen and Cotton Embroidery Trade, Milk Distributive Trade, Paper Box Trade, Shirtmaking Trade, Sugar Confectionery and Food Preserving Trade, Tailoring Trade, Tobacco Trade, Women's Clothing and Millinery Trade.

Only one District Trade Committee has been established by these Boards. The Committee in question is that set up for the Co. Donegal by the Shirtmaking Trade Board.
