asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether in response to the petition signed by sixty-two Claddagh fishermen and supported by a resolution of the Finance Committee of the Galway County Council, he is prepared to direct that an inquiry be held into the By-Law which prevents those fishermen from fishing with drift nets for salmon in Galway Bay, and, if so, when the inquiry will be held.
